  • 1/2 cup red wine

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsp au jus powder

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 2 lbs mashed potatoes

  • 4 oz butter

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your grill to 350°F.

Step 2: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground lamb with the shallots. Drain any excess fat and season with “The Grind.”

Step 3: Add the carrots, peas, green beans, and ¾ of the parsley. Let cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine, water, au jus powder, and flour until smooth. Pour this into the lamb mixture and bring to a simmer. Let cook for 5-10 minutes until thickened.

Step 5: Pour the mixture into a grill-safe baking dish prepared with cooking spray.

Step 6: Top with prepared mashed potatoes and drizzle melted butter over the top.

Step 7: Place the baking dish on the grill and cook for 45-60 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

Step 8: Remove from the grill, sprinkle with the remaining parsley, and serve warm.
