Perfect for parties, tailgates, or just treating yourself, this recipe uses our fan-favorite Whiskey Bent BBQ Pecanerry Seasoning and a punch of sweetness from Tillman’s Chipotle Apple BBQ Sauce. Smoky, sweet, and just a little spicy — this one hits all the right notes.


🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 (8–10 lb) pork belly

  • 15–20 skewers

  • Tillman’s Chipotle Apple BBQ Sauce

  • Whiskey Bent BBQ Pecanerry Seasoning


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

  2. Slice the pork belly into 6x1x1-inch strips and thread each strip onto a skewer.

  3. Season all sides of the pork generously with Pecanerry, then place on a wire rack.

  4. Smoke until the internal temperature hits 190°F — usually takes about 2–3 hours.

  5. Brush each piece with BBQ sauce and smoke for an additional 15 minutes to let the glaze set.

  6. Serve hot and watch them disappear!
