When will I receive my order?
The Whiskey Bent Team fulfills orders daily during normal business hours and strives to ship all orders the day of, or the day after receipt. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day.
Shipped orders generally arrive within 2-3 business days depending on method of shipping and location.
Does Whiskey Bent BBQ Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship domestically at this time. Our products are stocked in a few countries outside of the US. If you are interested in finding out if any dealers are near you, feel free to contact us.
What is the Whiskey Bent BBQ return policy?
100% customer satisfaction is always Whiskey Bent BBQ's goal. Please contact us with any issues you may have with your order. Our general return/refund/exchange policy is:
Damaged items - All requests for replacement of items that are damaged during shipping, must occur within 3 days of the receipt of the order by the customer. After confirmation of damage, the items can either be replaced or a credit can be applied to the customers account.
Other requests for return/refund/exchange - All requests for return/refund/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of transaction date. Due to their consumable nature, Rubs and Brines can not be returned or exchanged regardless if they are unopened. If their is a problem with the item, please contact us to discuss options for resolution. All other items are eligible, but any shipping costs for returning items due to incorrect size or type will be the responsibility of the customer.
